What are YOU gonna be?

October 25, 2008

So, today was the deadline for Halloween costume decisions here at our house. Since the kids had the day off of school, we headed to the nearest Savers to check out the remnants of this year’s costume hunt.

Once the choices were made, we headed home to try on our finds.

Master Vader, of course!

Master Vader, of course.

Aye, Matey!

Aye, Aye, Matey!

After the magic of stage makeup, we'll have a zombie.

After the magic of stage makeup, we’ll have a zombie.

The year was 1985 and the occassion was the prom.

The year was 1985 and the occasion was the prom.

While in the Halloween spirit, we decorated the house too.

How about you.  How’s Halloween coming along at your house?  What are YOU gonna be?

Great costumes. I just finished a post about our costumes last year. This year my kids are going as a princess and some character from Star Wars…I don’t even know which one…my son’s on top of the Star Wars stuff. Your house looks great.

The costumes are going to be great. My kids know what they are going to be, but I don’t. I usually don’t dress up. I should this year, it would be fun. Maybe something scary to scare the kids that come trick-or-treating.

    Love the decor!
